Get started with a new Solo 401(k) plan or restate an existing plan from another provider:
After the initial one-time start-up fee, there is an ongoing annual fee of $149, so that we may provide you with the regulatory and compliance updates for your plan and ongoing education and guidance as needed. You will be invoiced for this fee within 60 days preceding your plan anniversary date.

Restate a Current Plan
To create a new Self-Directed Solo 401(k) Plan, please click 'add to cart' and complete the ordering process. Once payment has been received, we will send you an email with the next steps and action items to complete.​
If you already have a Solo 401(k) plan from another plan provider and you want Nashional Self-Directed to start administering your annual updates, a "plan restatement" must be done. This involves reviewing your current plan document's provisions and then adjusting our plan documents to match them. Once they match, we will provide you with our plan documents so that they will coincide with the plan updates that we will provide to you moving forward.
Once payment has been received, we will send you an email with the next steps and action items to complete.​
Refund Policy:
No refunds owed once the plan documents have been delivered. If there is a delay in document delivery due to the client's lack of action all sales will be final and nonrefundable after 30 days from purchase. Any request for a refund received before the documents have been delivered or after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of Nashional Self-Directed.
