If you already have a Self-Directed Solo 401(k) plan from another plan provider and you want Nashional Self-Directed to start administering your annual updates, a "plan restatement" must be done. This involves reviewing your current plan document's provisions and then adjusting our plan documents to match them. Once they match, we will provide you with our plan documents so that they will coincide with the annual updates that we will provide to you moving forward.
Restatement of a Current Self-Directed Solo 401(k) Plan
No refunds owed once the plan documents have been delivered. If there is a delay in document delivery due to the client's lack of action all sales will be final and nonrefundable after 30 days from purchase. Any request for a refund received before the documents have been delivered or after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at the sole discretion of Nashional Self-Directed.
